Hello FIOLLET-san,
Thank you for your email and sorry for late replaying.
We will have a room available from OCT 2nd.
But I think far from our house to Osaka Gaidai (Minoo).
It takes maybe one hour from Hirakatashi station on Keihan line.
You should ask Osaka Gaidai how to get to Hirakatashi station from the
university.
When you take our reservation we require a copy of your credit card.
If you cancelled our reservation we will take deposit 5,000yen from your
card.
And please FAX or email us your air ticket and itinerary.
What time will you arrive in Kansai airport on OCT 2nd?
Thank you
Sincerely
Watanabe
